Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a leading client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia! We are seeking a skilled professional with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, integration, and application support across multiple HR modules. Key Skills & Expertise: Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting Management (RCM), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Succession & Career Development Planning (CDP), Compensation, Onboarding, RMK & WorkZone. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules, Post-implementation support and issue resolution. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience, Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications, Excellent command of both Arabic and English is mandatory.
