Job description
Provide functional and technical support across SuccessFactors modules: EC, ECP, RCM/RMK, ONB, PMGM, LMS, Succession & CDP, Compensation and WorkZone. Act as the focal point for all SuccessFactors matters. Gather requirements, run fit-gap analysis and solution validation workshops. Handle change requests and high-priority issues. Support testing, training and documentation. Oversee onsite and offshore implementation teams. Support integration with other SAP systems.
