SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

GenITeam is hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We’re looking for a professional with strong functional and technical expertise in SuccessFactors modules, system configuration, implementation, and application support. Provide functional and technical support across SAP SuccessFactors modules, including EC, ECP, RCM, RMK, Onboarding, PMGM, LMS, Succession & Career Development, Compensation, and WorkZone. Gather business requirements, analyze complex processes, and recommend appropriate system solutions. Perform system configuration, blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and functional design of custom components. Support system testing, troubleshooting, end-user training, and resolution of high-priority issues. Coordinate with business users and onsite/offshore teams to deliver implementations and system enhancements. Support data migration, integration analysis, testing, deployment, and integration with other SAP systems. Maintain documentation, facilitate knowledge sharing, and contribute to project planning and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in IT. 5+ years of end-to-end implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors. Certifications in EC, ECP, RCM, Succession & Career Development, LMS, and PMGM. Strong skills in blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and functional design. Hands-on experience in data migration, integration design, testing, and deployment. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or similar business process diagramming tools. Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
