SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Employee Central configuration, system integrations, implementation, and production support. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and administer SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules. - Drive end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects. - Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems, including employee data synchronization. - Work on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / Payroll integrations and related processes. - Support integration with Employee ID Card Printing Systems and other HR-related applications. - Configure and manage Okta, SSO, and SAML-based authentication integrations. - Handle User Administration and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) setup and maintenance. - Perform data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for EC-related functionalities. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver HR technology solutions. Required Skills: - 6-8 years of SAP HR/HXM experience with strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Hands-on experience in EC Configuration & Administration - Experience in Implementation, Support, and Enhancement Projects - Knowledge of Payroll/ECP Integration - Experience with SSO/SAML and Okta Integrations - Strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) - Expertise in Data Migration, Data Validation, Testing, and Troubleshooting - Experience integrating SuccessFactors with third-party applications Good to Have: - SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) - SuccessFactors Integration Center - OData/API Integration Knowledge - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
