SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Senior Consultant

Role Description: The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Senior Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions, ensuring alignment with client HR processes and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting requirements workshops, translating business needs into system configuration, performing testing and defect resolution, and supporting data migration activities. Qualifications: Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including configuration, business rules, workflows, and data models. Experience with HR processes such as employee life cycle management, organizational management, time and attendance, and master data management. Skills in requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and testing. Good understanding of integration concepts between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP or other HR systems. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or HR; relevant SAP/SuccessFactors certifications are an advantage.
