SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in UAE Payroll to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for UAE payroll. Handle UAE payroll processing, payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll rules. Ensure compliance with UAE payroll statutory requirements and applicable regulations. Work on payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Support payroll integration with Employee Central and other HR systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver payroll solutions. Provide ongoing payroll support and resolve payroll-related issues. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Strong hands-on experience in UAE Payroll. Good knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll configuration. Experience in payroll implementation, support, and testing. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
