Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong expertise in Kuwait payroll implementations, payroll configuration, statutory compliance, and enterprise payroll integrations. Lead, configure, and implement large-scale SAP SuccessFactors ECP projects, particularly Kuwait payroll deployments. Deliver end-to-end payroll implementations, ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor laws. Configure and maintain wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle payroll, garnishments, and payroll reports. Minimum 3 full life-cycle SuccessFactors ECP implementations.
