SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant - UAE Payroll

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong expertise in UAE Payroll to support payroll implementation, configuration, and ongoing support activities. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for UAE. Manage UAE payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types. Ensure payroll compliance with UAE statutory requirements and applicable regulations. Support payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. Integrate Employee Central with Employee Central Payroll. Troubleshoot payroll issues and support testing, enhancements, and releases. Collaborate with HR, functional, and technical teams to ensure accurate payroll operations. Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of relevant SAP Payroll experience. Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP. UAE Payroll implementation or support experience is mandatory. Knowledge of payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, and wage types. Experience in payroll integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
