Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HXM Module Lead with strong expertise in Employee Central, ECP, Time Tracking, and SAP integrations. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors HXM implementation and support, drive solution design and requirement gathering, configure EC, MDF, workflows, business rules, Position Management & RBP, manage ECP payroll processes and EC-ECP replication, configure Time Tracking and attendance processes, lead BIB integrations, testing, data migration and go-live.
