We Are Hiring – SAP SuccessFactors HXM Module Lead – Employee Central & ECP | 10+ Years | KSA Location: Saudi Arabia – Onsite Employment Type: Contract Experience: 10+ Years Valid Passport Mandatory We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HXM Module Lead with strong expertise in Employee Central, ECP, Time Tracking, and SAP integrations. Key Skills: - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) - Employee Central Payroll (ECP) - Time Tracking / Time Management - Business Integration Builder (BIB) - SAP CPI / Integration Suite - MDF, RBP, Workflows & Business Rules - Position Management - Data Migration, SIT/UAT & Go-Live Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors HXM implementation and support - Drive solution design and requirement gathering - Configure EC, MDF, workflows, business rules, Position Management & RBP - Manage ECP payroll processes and EC-ECP replication - Configure Time Tracking and attendance processes - Lead BIB integrations, testing, data migration and go-live Opportunity for senior SAP professionals to grow in HXM, HR digital transformation, and enterprise SAP implementation.
