Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant to support a major client engagement in the UAE.
Required Skillset:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation
- Experience leading LMS design workshops and client discussions
- Strong understanding of LMS configuration, workflows & approvals, assignments, curricula & programs, LMS reporting
- Experience with SAP BTP, particularly for LMS-related extensions, custom requirements, integrations
- Ability to collaborate closely with functional and technical teams on integration and enhancement requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
