Job description
Looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP / SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong UAE and Oman payroll localization experience. The role involves payroll operations, compliance, automation, integrations, reporting, and production support.
Key Skills:
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP HCM Payroll
UAE Payroll: WPS, gratuity, leave encashment, statutory deductions
Oman Payroll: social insurance and statutory deductions
Payroll configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and support. Payroll automation, process improvement, and reporting. Integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central / SAP HCM.
Strong remote working and stakeholder-management skills.
Note: Candidates with AP or TG profiles are not considered.
