Job description
Position: SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Support Consultant. Experience: 6+ Years. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Support Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience in production support, and enhancement activities for the SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) module. The candidate must possess a valid SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification and be fluent in Arabic and English. The role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of the PMGM solution, supporting business users, resolving incidents, managing service requests, and driving operational excellence. Mandatory Requirements: 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification, Arabic Speaking and Reading, strong experience in PMGM production support and operations, and understanding of ITIL processes.
