Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to join our team and support large-scale HR and talent management environments. If you possess strong production support experience and speak fluent Arabic, we want to hear from you!
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Certification: SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification is mandatory.
- Language: Professional fluency in Arabic (Speaking and Reading) is mandatory.
- Support: Strong background in PMGM production support and operations.
- Frameworks: Solid understanding of ITIL processes, SLA management, and incident management.
- Environment: Proven track record supporting large-scale HR and talent management environments.
