SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant / Arabic Speaker

Müller's Solutions is looking for a seasoned SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to become a member of our specialized team. The successful applicant will possess in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules along with substantial experience in implementing and enhancing HR solutions across various client environments. In this position, you will oversee complete implementation projects, offer strategic advice, and guarantee the effective delivery of HR technology solutions that align with the clients' business goals. The preferred SuccessFactors Consultant will exhibit expertise in the following three key areas: LMS (Learning Management System), Performance Management, and Compensation Management. Key Responsibilities include leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors modules, collaborating with clients, managing project timelines and resources, providing expert advice on best practices, conducting workshops and training sessions, working cross-functional with technical teams, and staying updated on product updates. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or related field, minimum 7 years of experience in SuccessFactors consulting, in-depth knowledge of Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting modules, strong project management and leadership skills, and relevant SuccessFactors certifications.
