Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Support & Innovation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Talent Management modules for an onsite AMS engagement in Oman. Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Modules include Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Career Development Planning (CDP), and Succession & Development Planning (SDP). Required Technical & Functional Skills involve Employee Central (EC), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Reporting & Dashboards, Production Support, Enhancements & Continuous Improvement, Business Requirements Gathering and Functional Consulting, Quarterly Release Management, Impact Assessment & Testing, Stakeholder Management, Workshops & End-User Training. Innovation & Digital Transformation capabilities include SAP Business AI, SAP Joule & Talent Intelligence Hub, HR Process Optimization, Automation & User Experience Improvement, with SAP Integration Suite/CPI exposure as an advantage.
