You will be part of a challenging, long-term engagement supporting a reputed client. Required Skills & Responsibilities: Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules. Expertise in Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Career Development Planning (CDP), and Succession & Development Planning (SDP). Good knowledge of Employee Central (EC), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Reporting. Provide end-to-end functional support and continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors modules. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable functional solutions. Advise HR and business stakeholders on process optimization and SAP SuccessFactors best practices. Support quarterly releases, impact assessments, testing, and change management. Drive innovation and AI adoption, including SAP Joule and Talent Intelligence Hub. Collaborate with technical and integration teams on enhancements, integrations, reporting, and production support. Conduct workshops, user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions. Develop reports and dashboards to improve HR processes and business outcomes.
