SAP SuccessFactors Support & Innovation Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Support & Innovation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Talent Management modules for an onsite AMS engagement in Oman. Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Modules: Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Career Development Planning (CDP), Succession & Development Planning (SDP). Required Technical & Functional Skills: Employee Central (EC), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Reporting & Dashboards, Production Support, Enhancements & Continuous Improvement, Business Requirements Gathering and Functional Consulting, Quarterly Release Management, Impact Assessment & Testing, Stakeholder Management, Workshops & End-User Training. Innovation & Digital Transformation: SAP Business AI, SAP Joule & Talent Intelligence Hub, HR Process Optimization, Automation & User Experience Improvement, SAP Integration Suite/CPI exposure is an advantage. Ideal Candidate Profile: 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience, hands-on configuration and support across all four mandatory modules, excellent customer-facing consulting and communication skills, Middle East/GCC project experience preferred, SAP SuccessFactors certifications are an advantage, must be available to work onsite in Sohar, Oman, for the full project duration.
