The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career. A Solution Advisor works closely with our customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet their strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, a Solution Advisor is the subject matter expert responsible for functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle. You will provide deal support by participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations. As a Solution Advisor within the SAP Next Gen - Academy for Customer Success, you will successfully complete a 10-month program that strengthens the foundation for a successful customer-facing career at SAP. What You Bring: 2-3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes, exposure to relevant technologies/solutions, and customer-facing skills. Proficiency in English and Italian. AI focus areas including AI Adoption Mindset, Agentic AI Day-to Day Practice, and Context Engineering.
