SC&E - Capital Projects Transformation Consultant - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

Join Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Capital Projects practice and help clients transform how major investments are planned, governed, and delivered. You will work with executives, project sponsors, PMOs, and project delivery teams to drive improved project performance, enhance governance frameworks, strengthen project controls, and enable digital transformation across capital-intensive industries. Advise clients on project controls, project governance, capital planning, and delivery transformation. Assess and enhance project controls operating models and PMO effectiveness. Lead cost, schedule, and performance management assessments. Support development of governance frameworks, stage-gate models, and assurance processes. Experience in project controls, cost controls, schedule controls, earned value management, PMO setup, capital portfolio management, governance, and risk management. Technology exposure includes Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Unifier, EcoSys, Aconex, Planisware, Power BI, and Oracle or SAP Project Systems. Preferred qualifications include experience in capital projects consulting, PMO, EPC, engineering, construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, or industrial sectors, along with PMP or equivalent certifications.
