SEA Database Specialist

We are currently seeking a Database Specialist to join our client, a leading global beauty retailer and part of a prestigious international luxury group, supporting its regional operations across Southeast Asia and other international markets. Location: Jakarta. Work Arrangement: 3 days WFO & 2 days WFH (Hybrid). Regional Coverage: Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain master data records in SAP through a ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global data standards. Monitor data quality and identify duplicate, incorrect, or incomplete records. Perform data validation, cleansing, and issue resolution to maintain data integrity. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and master data-related projects. Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal guidelines. Collaborate with regional stakeholders and external service providers to resolve data-related issues and ensure consistent processes. Requirements: Minimum of a two-year higher education diploma. At least 1 year of experience working in a Shared Service Center within an international company. Hands-on experience with SAP and SAP S/4HANA is required. Experience in master data management, data quality, data validation, or data cleansing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve duplicate or inaccurate data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation management. Fluent in English mandatory, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with regional teams.
