Job description
Identity and Access Management (IAM) analyst is responsible for the technical aspect of managing individuals and entities identities and access to resources through applying identification, authentication and authorization systems and processes. The IAM analyst is responsible to ensure the implementation of best practices, user administration, authorization and workflow administration for SASREF Active Directory in business and industrial networks and SAP systems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Implement the identity access management strategy and provide identity access management solutions that meet the operational needs and maintain the cybersecurity defense requirements.
- Define, update and follow the Identity and Access Management procedures and guidelines.
- Administer systems (RSA, IAM, etc.), accounts, network rights, and access to systems with assessing the adequacy of access controls against the regulatory requirements and the organization's standards and policies.
- Design and implement Identity and Access Management solutions integrations.
- Design and Implement group policies and access management controls to ensure compatibility with organizational standards, business rules, and needs.
- Implement cybersecurity requirements (such as encryption, access control and identity management) to reduce exploitation opportunities.
- Provision and de-provision user changes.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in the identity access management implementation.
- Architecture and implementation of Roles & Authorizations among systems and Identity & Access Management services & solutions in addition to coordination between internal and external development/support teams.
- Establish continuous monitoring tools and technologies for access control process and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related area.
