Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations within a healthcare/medical organization. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting entries, managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets Register (FAR), and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The incumbent will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting monthly and annual financial reporting activities. Key Responsibilities include recording day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP S/4HANA, preparing and posting journal entries, maintaining accurate General Ledger accounts, performing reconciliations, ensuring IFRS compliance, supporting financial closing activities, processing supplier invoices and vendor-related entries, monitoring payment schedules, managing customer invoices and collections, maintaining the Fixed Assets Register, recording asset acquisitions and depreciation, monitoring master data integrity, and assisting with internal and external audits. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CA preferred, and a minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience preferably in the medical or healthcare sector with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.
