Senior Accountant

Own the full accounting cycle for a group of 3 companies in construction/contracting and equipment rental, through month-end and year-end close. Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations and group consolidation. Run accounts payable and receivable: supplier payments, customer invoicing and collections. Prepare bank reconciliations and track daily cash position and cash flow. Deliver monthly MIS reports to management (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, receivables ageing). Prepare and file UAE VAT returns with the FTA and keep VAT records audit-ready. Process monthly payroll and WPS salary transfers; maintain gratuity and leave accruals. Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors through the year-end audit. Provide data to and coordinate with external consultants on UAE Corporate Tax. Lead and review the work of a small team of junior accountants. Report directly to the owner/management.
