Project Coordination Finance Focal Point
• Act as the primary Finance point of contact for assigned projects.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers on budgets, forecasts, certifications, and financial reporting requirements.
• Support alignment among project schedules, cost reports, payment certifications, actual costs, commitments, and forecasts.
• Facilitate timely and accurate information flow between Project Management and Finance teams.

• Support month-end close activities for assigned projects, including accruals, prepayments, cost allocations, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Review project financial data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with approved accounting policies and the chart of accounts.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, cash requirements, and emerging financial risks; promptly escalate material exceptions.
• Support consistent application of relevant accounting standards, internal controls, delegated authorities, and approved Finance procedures.
