Senior Accountant / Odoo Implementer

Sohar Window Trading is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who combines solid accounting expertise with hands-on Odoo ERP skills. Location: Muscat, Oman Employment Type: Full-time What You'll Do - Lead the enhancement, optimization, and administration of our Odoo system across Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Projects, and HR modules - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and prepare accurate, timely financial reports - Manage revenue accounting, bank and account reconciliations, fixed assets, and AP/AR - Prepare and file VAT returns, ensuring full compliance with Oman Tax Authority regulations - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide management decisions - Train staff on Odoo and provide ongoing support for daily system operations What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field - 5+ years of accounting experience - Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS preferred) - Proven track record in Odoo implementation and day-to-day use - Good understanding of Oman VAT requirements - Strong communication skills and the ability to train non-technical users
