Senior Buyer

Melodica Music & Dance Academy is a leading UAE-based music and dance education company with 30+ branches across the UAE, offering music, dance, and performing arts programs alongside a wide range of musical instruments and related products. We are looking for a Purchaser/Buyer to support our growing procurement and retail operations. Key Responsibilities - Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms. - Prepare and manage purchase orders and ensure timely procurement. - Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments. - Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP system for procurement and inventory management. - Maintain procurement records and generate purchasing reports. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Purchase Officer/Buyer. - Retail industry experience is mandatory. - Hands-on experience in ERP software implementation is preferred. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or similar ERP systems is mandatory. - Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
