What You’ll Do - Drive complex Finance Transformation and digitalization initiatives for top-tier Middle East clients, bridging CFO strategy with modern IT solutions. - Design Target Operating Models (TOM), optimize end-to-end CFO processes, and spearhead organizational change. - Implement modern EPM, Accounting, and Treasury solutions leveraging AI, robotics, and advanced analytics. - Manage global programs, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, Post-Merger Integrations, and Valuations. What We Are Looking For - Background in top-tier management consulting with deep experience in Financial/Management Accounting or Treasury. - Strong track record leading transformation projects, steering cross-functional teams, and guiding clients. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA, EPM platforms, reporting tools, or AI-enabled finance solutions. - Outstanding presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) and an entrepreneurial, growth-focused mindset.
