Senior Consultant or Manager of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation

We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant / Project Lead to join our Shared Services IT Department and support and lead Dynamics 365 implementation, integration, training, and technical support activities for medium to large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across multiple Dynamics 365 solutions, a proven track record of delivering multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, and experience leading project teams and working with key business stakeholders. Take ownership of project deliverables, including status reports, documentation, test plans, training, implementation, and deployment. Lead and coordinate Dynamics 365 implementation projects and ensure successful delivery of project milestones. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions. Design, configure, implement, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with other systems. Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and custom reports based on business requirements. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, functional training, and technical support. Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Project Operations, Sales, and Marketing/CRM. Current or recent experience with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Partner or consulting firm preferred. Required to hold Microsoft certifications in at least two relevant Dynamics 365 areas. Fluent in English and Arabic.
