Senior Cost Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in cost accounting, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to work closely with operations and management to drive cost efficiency and financial control. Key Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and analyze cost structures, budgets, and variance reports. Perform cost allocation, job costing, and profitability analysis. Track and control project / operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare detailed cost reports for management and operational teams. Support month-end closing related to cost accounting entries and reconciliations. Work closely with operations, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost accounting or similar roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments is an advantage. Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a strong advantage). Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, cost models, data analysis). Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
