Senior Cost Control Engineer - MEP

Cost Engineering Framework: Design, govern, and audit standard cost control procedures across all civil, building, and infrastructure packages. Baseline Budget Development: Translate tender estimates into detailed, operationally viable project execution budgets using WBS and CBS. Earned Value Management: Calculate and report CPI, SPI, CV, and SV metrics to measure cost and schedule performance simultaneously. Estimate at Completion: Develop accurate monthly Estimate at Completion models, forecasting ultimate project financial outturn. Subcontract & Procurement Review: Review major procurement packages and subcontracts to ensure alignment with cost baseline allowances. Productivity Rate Benchmarking: Benchmark site labor, plant, and material unit costs to generate historical cost data for corporate usage. Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Model comprehensive monthly project cash-in and cash-out curves to protect corporate working capital. Executive Cost Reporting: Deliver strategic financial presentations and cost mitigation strategies to senior corporate leadership.
