Senior Delivery Manager cum Portfolio Manager – SAP SuccessFactors

HTC Global Services is hiring a Senior Delivery Manager cum Portfolio Manager – SAP SuccessFactors - HR Domain expert for an 1-year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite). Role Summary: Senior Delivery Manager cum Portfolio Manager – HR Domain will own the end-to-end HR Technology roadmap, managing budgets and driving digital transformation. Key Accountabilities include HR Technology Portfolio Leadership, Program & Delivery Management, Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management, Budget & Financial Management, and Vendor & Commercial Management. Functional Scope covers Core HR (Employee Central, Employee Master Data, Position Management), Talent & Workforce, Payroll & Benefits, and Employee Experience. Technology Landscape Ownership includes SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central mandatory, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, Workforce Analytics), SAP Ecosystem (BTP, Integration Suite, Joule, AI Capabilities), Integration Landscape (CPI, APIs, Middleware), and Digital Platforms (iSave, Mobile Apps, Chatbots, RPA). Qualifications & Experience: 8+ years of IT Program, Portfolio, or Delivery Management experience, minimum 5+ years leading HR Technology portfolios, minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central from design through go-live. Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline required; MBA or Master's Degree preferred. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
