Senior eCommerce Project Manager

Job Title: Senior eCommerce Project Manager Location: Dubai Salary: Up to AED 17,000 Job Code: 306/001/488 Industry: Retail / eCommerce / IT Job Brief: We are looking for a Senior eCommerce Project Manager to support the company's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce strategy and lead the delivery of new platform features, enhancements, and regional initiatives. The ideal candidate must have 7+ years of hands-on experience specifically in eCommerce, with strong experience across Cart & Checkout, Omnichannel / Endless Aisle, Payment Integration, and New Feature Rollouts / Innovation. Job Responsibilities: - Lead eCommerce projects, new feature rollouts, and regional initiatives from planning through delivery. - Manage projects across Cart & Checkout, Omnichannel / Endless Aisle, Payments and new eCommerce features. - Drive checkout optimization and conversion improvement, including payment gateway enhancements. - Lead Endless Aisle, click-and-collect and online-to-offline fulfilment initiatives. - Manage regional payment gateway integrations, including payment APIs and 3-D Secure requirements. - Coordinate with regional, global and local stakeholders, acting as the link between business and technical teams. - Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, reporting and overall project governance. - Work with Agile teams on sprints, backlogs, user stories and UAT. - Track eCommerce KPIs, conversion rates and platform performance and identify areas for improvement. - Support innovation initiatives, including new technologies, fintech solutions, AI recommendations and feature experimentation. - Maintain project documentation and promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices. Job Requirements: - Minimum 7+ years of relevant eCommerce project management/product ownership experience. - Strong hands-on experience specifically in Cart & Checkout, Omnichannel / Endless Aisle, Payment Integration and New Feature Rollouts. - Experience with at least two major eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Magento. - Strong understanding of payment APIs, tokenisation and 3-D Secure. - Experience with checkout optimization, preferably with evidence of improving conversion by 10%+ or reducing checkout latency. - Experience with Endless Aisle, click-and-collect or online-to-offline fulfilment, preferably within MENA. - Strong understanding of B2C eCommerce and retail operations. - Experience working in an Agile environment with distributed teams. - Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience with JIRA, Confluence and data visualization/analytics tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau. - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field. - PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, SAFe or Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage. - Fluent English is required; Arabic or Turkish is desirable.
