Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience. Bachelor's degree in Arts or a related field. Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and employee relations. Experience in grievance handling, investigations and disciplinary procedures. Good communication and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of SAP / SAP SuccessFactors is preferred. Preferred Saudi National.
