Senior Engineer

The role exists to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems by translating business requirements into technical solutions, configuring and integrating applications, and resolving complex technical issues. The role contributes to ERP availability, reliability, and continuity through testing, controlled deployments, technical coordination, and effective documentation in alignment with business objectives and IT architecture standards. Key Accountabilities & Activities include supporting ERP implementation and deployment, configuring ERP application components, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements, providing Level 3 (L3) technical support, developing and troubleshooting interfaces and integrations, monitoring availability and performance, participating in disaster recovery planning, and conducting technical and system testing.
