Senior Engineer

The role exists to support the administration, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions and technologies. Key responsibilities include SAP Environment Support, administering and supporting SAP environments and related services, monitoring SAP system availability, stability, and performance, supporting day-to-day operation of relevant SAP solutions and modules, Incident and Problem Resolution, analyzing and resolving SAP incidents, technical issues, and service requests, investigating recurring issues and supporting root-cause analysis, coordinating complex issues with relevant technical teams and vendors when required, SAP Changes and Enhancements, assessing and implementing approved SAP change requests and system enhancements, supporting configuration and technical changes based on business requirements, validating implemented changes to ensure expected functionality, Upgrades, Patches and Migration, coordinating SAP upgrades, patches, and migration activities, performing required technical validation and testing associated with system changes, supporting transition activities while minimizing disruption to business operations, SAP Integration and Interfaces, developing and supporting interfaces and integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems, monitoring integration performance and resolve interface-related issues, maintaining relevant technical documentation for integrations and interfaces, Business and Functional Support, collaborating with functional teams to understand business processes and requirements, supporting alignment of SAP capabilities with business requirements, providing technical input for SAP-related improvements and solutions, Reporting and Data Integrity, supporting development and maintenance of SAP reports and related data requirements, monitoring data integrity and investigating identified inconsistencies, supporting accurate and reliable information across SAP services, SAP Controls and Documentation, maintaining system documentation, configurations, user roles, and authorization-related records within assigned responsibilities, supporting management of SAP licenses and related controls, ensuring technical activities are appropriately documented and traceable. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. SAP professional certifications or relevant ERP certifications are considered an advantage. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in SAP systems, ERP support, system integration, application support, or related technology areas.
