Senior Enterprise Data Modeler

We are hiring Senior Enterprise Data Modelers (multiple positions) for a long-term, large-scale enterprise data programme. Job location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Joining location: Chennai or Bengaluru, India This is not a project-level or reporting data modeling role. We are looking for people who have designed enterprise data models end to end, from governance and conceptual design through to physical implementation. What you will do - Design and own enterprise-level conceptual, logical and physical data models across multiple business domains - Adapt and extend industry reference data models to fit client requirements - Define modeling standards, naming conventions and model governance processes - Work with data governance and data quality teams on definitions, ownership, lineage and quality rules - Run workshops with business and technical stakeholders to agree data definitions and subject areas - Review and guide models built by other modelers and delivery teams What we are looking for - 9+ years of data modeling experience, with at least 5 years at enterprise level - Hands-on work with at least one industry reference model, such as Teradata FSLDM / cLDM, IBM BDW / IIW / IFW / TDW, OFSAA, SAP FSDM, SAS IAA, ACORD, TM Forum SID, HL7 FHIR, FIBO or similar - Experience on government or public-sector data models, such as national data models, ministry or PSU data platforms, NIEM, ISA2 or similar - Strong end-to-end ownership, from governance to physical model - Working knowledge of data governance and data quality practices (DAMA-DMBOK, CDMP or DCAM is a plus) - Expert use of at least one modeling tool: erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner or Sparx EA - Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills - Willing to join in Chennai or Bengaluru and work onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE Good to have - Experience with Collibra, Informatica Axon, Alation or Purview - Exposure to Data Vault 2.0, dimensional modeling or cloud data platforms If you have built or extended an industry reference model for a government or large enterprise client, we would like to hear from you.
