Job description

Lead a strategic, enterprise-wide ERP transformation. Partner with senior leaders across a diverse multi-business group. About Our Client: Our client is a well-established, diversified group with significant operations across automotive, real estate, lifestyle and investment businesses. With an ambitious transformation agenda, the organisation is investing in technology and operating capabilities that will support its long-term growth. Job Description: - Drive enterprise-wide coordination across Automotive, Real Estate, Lifestyle & Adventures and Holdings, connecting multiple transformation workstreams. - Act as the central integration point between Finance, IT, business leadership, external advisors and system integration partners. - Own programme governance, maintaining clear oversight of milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets and critical deliverables. - Enable executive decision-making through high-quality reporting, insights, escalation papers and materials for Steering and Board Committees. - Create accountability across the programme, identifying risks early, resolving cross-functional dependencies and maintaining delivery momentum. The Successful Applicant: - 12+ years of relevant experience, with a strong track record leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation programmes and full-cycle ERP implementations. - Demonstrable experience coordinating multiple business units, Finance, IT and external system integrators within large-scale programmes. - Strong programme governance expertise spanning risk, dependencies, budgets, milestones, executive reporting and vendor management. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous. - PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent certification is preferred, alongside excellent English communication skills; Arabic would be an advantage What's on Offer: - The opportunity to play a pivotal role in a strategically significant, long-term ERP transformation. - High visibility and exposure to senior executives, Steering Committees and Board-level stakeholders. - A competitive package and the opportunity to make a lasting impact across a diverse organisation.
