Senior Finance Analyst - eCommerce

As our Senior Finance Analyst - eCommerce, you will own the core financial execution, controls and operational FP&A activities for the global eCommerce business. Working closely with the Associate Director of Finance - eCommerce, you will ensure accurate month-end delivery, robust budget tracking, high-quality financial reporting and effective finance processes. Essential Duties include financial execution and month end, actualisation of financial trackers, purchase order approvals and coding, month-end journals, acting as an ERP super user and maintaining accurate launch, bundle and pricing inputs. Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting execution for assigned budgets including eCommerce Development & Technology, Marketing, Returns, Logistics, and Administrative Expenses. Tax, compliance, and financial controls including quarterly review of VAT/GST. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant FP&A, commercial finance or controlling experience, preferably within Beauty, luxury, DTC or eCommerce. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualification is an advantage. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP and financial reporting systems.
