Senior Finance Operations Analyst

HIRING | SENIOR FINANCE OPERATIONS ANALYST We are looking for experienced finance professionals to join a Global Capability Centre (GCC) environment. Location: Pune / Bengaluru / Hyderabad Experience: 4–7 Years Key Responsibilities: Manage financial reporting and general ledger activities. Handle account reconciliations and month-end closing. Support financial analysis and management reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Collaborate with global finance teams and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting and finance operations. Experience with GL, R2R, reconciliations and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in an MNC, shared services or GCC environment is preferred.
