Senior Finance Professional

We are recruiting experienced Finance Professionals for a range of client opportunities across Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities will vary depending on role focus and organization, and may include preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports, managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting, overseeing general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end close, supporting strategic and commercial decision-making with financial insights, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal financial control frameworks, coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders, improving financial processes, reporting accuracy, and controls, and mentoring or managing junior finance and accounting staff. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, SOCPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred, 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, strong working knowledge of IFRS, experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, advanced Excel skills, ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders, and leadership potential and readiness for increased responsibility.
