Senior Finance Professional

Depending on business needs and area of specialisation, responsibilities include preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports; managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; performing financial analysis, variance reporting, and performance reviews; overseeing general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close activities; supporting commercial and strategic decision-making with financial insights; ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal control policies; coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders; improving financial systems, reporting accuracy, and processes; and mentoring, supervising, or managing junior finance team members.
