Senior GL Accountant / Healthcare Finance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional to join our growing healthcare organization. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field - CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Accounting & Finance - Prior experience within a hospital, healthcare, or healthcare group environment is highly preferred - Strong knowledge of: Financial Reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), General Ledger Accounting, Month-End & Year-End Closing, Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Accounting & Control, Budgeting & Forecasting, VAT & Corporate Tax Compliance, Financial Analysis & MIS Reporting, External & Internal Audits - Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion), SAP, or similar ERP systems - Advanced Excel skills Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports - Manage month-end closing and GL reconciliations - Oversee fixed assets and inventory accounting - Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes - Ensure VAT and tax compliance - Coordinate internal and external audits - Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to management - Monitor cash flow and support financial planning initiatives What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits - Opportunity to work in a leading healthcare environment - Professional growth and career advancement opportunities Interested candidates may send their CV to careers@gfad.ae with the subject line: Senior GL Accountant Application
