๐ธBachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
๐ธ10+ years of relevant experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Payroll.
๐ธExperience with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll integrations, banking interfaces, and HR technology implementations.
๐ธProven experience supporting end-to-end implementation and support projects.
๐ธStrong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
