Senior Management Accountant

We are partnering with a leading hotel group in Abu Dhabi to recruit an experienced Senior Management Accountant with a strong background in hotel management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly ambitious hotel group where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial information, supporting commercial decision making and driving financial performance across the business. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts across multiple hotel entities, leading the month end close process, producing variance analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting, partnering with management teams, monitoring revenue and payroll, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting statutory audits, and mentoring junior team members. Requirements include previous finance experience within the hotel industry, strong multi-entity reporting background, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification, advanced Excel skills, and experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sun, NetSuite, or Sage.
