Senior Manager - Budgeting and FP&A

Senior Manager, FP&A & Finance Operations to lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and consolidation activities across a multi-entity group. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, this role will play a pivotal part in driving financial discipline, supporting executive decision-making, and managing a sizeable finance team within a fast-paced environment. Client Details: Our client is a diversified UAE-based group operating across multiple business sectors and experiencing significant growth and transformation. Description: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across multiple business units. Oversee group-wide financial consolidations, management reporting, and performance analysis. Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including accountants and senior accountants. Support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and business case assessments. Drive budget-versus-actual reviews, variance analysis, and corrective action planning. Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and adherence to delegation of authority frameworks. Prepare executive-level reporting and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders. Profile: UAE National with Family Book essential. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum 10 years' finance experience, with at least 3+ years leading teams. Strong background in FP&A, financial operations, consolidations, and management reporting. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly preferred. Experience within real estate, property management, facilities management, or a related sector is advantageous.
