The Senior Manager of Business Operations role sits at the intersection of account services, business operations, data, and technology, helping drive smarter decision-making and operational consistency. Responsibilities include working with CRM business pipelines, Workamajig for project and time tracking, PowerBI for reporting, and SAP accounting reports and project information. You will write custom reports, analyze data, recommend improvements, develop training materials, support account leads, present quarterly results, implement strategic initiatives, and manage personnel. Requirements include a college degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or Finance, 8 to 10 years of analytical and account services experience, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools, and strong change management skills.
