The Senior Manager - Controlling at the Global Treasury Centre is a pivotal role designed to support the Head of Controlling in managing strategic treasury governance activities. This includes developing comprehensive frameworks for treasury governance, leading transformation initiatives, and implementing AI strategies to enhance treasury operations. The role demands a high level of coordination with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with audit standards, and driving innovation in treasury systems and processes. Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of Treasury governance frameworks, including Treasury Policies, SOPs, SLAs, DOAs, RACI matrix, and operating models. Drive treasury transformation initiatives focused on standardization, automation, control enhancement, and operational efficiency. Govern strategic projects including Cash Pooling, In-House Bank, Trade Finance digitization, and Treasury technology initiatives. Lead Treasury AI governance and innovation by establishing robust controls for AI development and deployment. Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of Treasury reports, Treasury P&L, Balance Sheet positions, and treasury operating costs. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits.
