Senior Manager, Digital Change Management

The Senior Manager, Digital Change Management is responsible for leading and embedding effective change management practices across SOPC digital transformation initiatives. The role ensures successful adoption, utilization, and sustainability of digital solutions by driving structured organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness across SOPC entities. Key responsibilities include leading the design and execution of digital change management strategies aligned with the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring consistent application of change management methodologies across strategic digital programs, driving adoption and behavioral change to support successful implementation of digital solutions including SAP and enterprise platforms, identifying key stakeholders and developing targeted engagement plans, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on change readiness and resistance management, assessing organizational readiness and conducting impact assessments, coordinating training enablement, and working closely with Strategic Programs Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, IT, and Data teams.
