Senior Manager – Finance & Commercial

Auxilium Services is currently supporting a leading government entity in Dubai with the appointment of an experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Commercial. We are looking for a senior finance professional with strong UAE experience and a proven background across financial planning, financial modelling, budgeting & forecasting, commercial finance, governance, financial reporting, compliance, treasury and finance transformation. Key Requirements: CA / CPA / CFA or equivalent professional qualification Approximately 14–15+ years of progressive finance experience Strong UAE experience, preferably at Senior Manager, Financial Controller, Head of Finance or Director level Proven expertise in financial modelling, business cases, scenario analysis and long-term financial planning Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial performance analysis Extensive knowledge of IFRS-based financial reporting Exposure to statutory/internal audit, regulatory compliance and financial controls Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax Experience developing finance policies, procedures, governance frameworks and Delegation of Authority Strong exposure to treasury, liquidity planning, cash-flow management and banking relationships Experience leading ERP / finance system implementations, finance transformation and process re-engineering Strong capability in MIS reporting, automation and process improvement Experience preparing financial reports and insights for senior leadership, shareholders or boards Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability Additional Advantage: Experience within Energy, Infrastructure, Contracting, Project Finance or other project-based environments would be highly advantageous. Exposure to SAP, project accounting, WIP, cost-to-complete, revenue recognition and commercial contract management would also be beneficial. This is an initial 12-month contractual assignment with the potential to transition into a permanent opportunity, subject to performance and business requirements. Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred.
